Front desk is not very welcoming and staff rushes with grooming. Very unprofessional and money hungry. The heavy set lady at the front desk with dark hair enjoys arguing and takes no accountability when it comes to customer care. Do not bring your animals here, I would give them -100 stars if I could! Do not recommend!!
