Came out last year for yearly service. Less than 30 days later unit not cooling. Called them back out, cleaned drain. I think that should have been done at the time of the yearly service, but I got charged again. They used to be good. That time is passed. Before responding check your records

Received service in 11 of 2024. Never received a bill. Told we would not be charged because they could not repair the problem. Not sent an invoice for 4 months. Invoice sent email but email was wrong. No paper invoice received for 1 year …
