I'm not sure about the rate, the guys were great but were only here about an hour and a half. They originally said it would take 4-5 hours.

5 Star service all the way. Matthew and the other fellow ( I didn't catch his name sorry) were very professional. The plug to my dryer went bad and they replaced it and hooked up my dryer lint hose and put the dryer back in place. I definitely recommend these guys. Thanks for coming out on short notice.
