I took my car in for service. They rewrote my ECM and changed the options available in my controls. They refuse to correct the issue. I purchased the car brand new an now the options that I purchased the car with are no longer available because of their service dept. I will never buy from them again.

Will not use quicklane again. They refuse to honor their appointment times. If you make an appointment for 8am (which is 1st appointment), they should pull it into the bay at 8. Yet somehow they always have other vehicles there and I end up having to wait around for who knows how long for something as simple as an oil change.
