Terrible company. Service techs are rude and completely unprofessional. When you call to talk to a supervisor the girl in the office says there is nobody....apparently no oversight to the field crews at all. Definitely will avoid at all costs.

You call because your water heater has manufacturer warranty for parts, but the lady on the phone is rude because they didn't do initial installation however manufacturer says you can use any license plumber. This right here would not be who I would do business with. Cause you will still get paid for labor just not parts.
