Zach was very nice, but it was all an act. They are thieves. He charged me $1,200 for an alternator. I have been told by everyone I've talked to that I was severely over-charged and that it should have only cost about $500. I am a single female on a single income. I was deliberately taken advantage of. I am mortified. Shame on them.
