Joy is awesome! She actually radiates "joy" and kindness. I love her beautiful pet "spaw" and her friendly professional staff. She worked on my cat, Mocha, and I couldn't be happier. When I left I said a prayer of gratitude that I found her.

Joy and her workers never fail to make me happy. I have been taking my pets to her almost 11 years and she still gets the job done. As someone who is a retired groomer, I think it’s safe to say her work and effort cannot be topped. Thanks again Joy!

Joy is an amazing groomer and treats her clients as family!. I have her do my dogs nails. Love that she does walk in nail trims too!. I would highly recommend her to anyone!.

Joy and staff are always so caring with my baby. I had to have him put down 18 years old.They went the extra mile with my boy. They took care of him as a 2 month old to 18 years. Thank you JOY! I LOVE YOU ALL!

By far the best groomer in Knoxville! My dogs are spoiled and pampered at this Spaw! Joy's creativity is unmatched for both canine and feline clients. 10 stars!!
