Every tech that I have seen through one hour has been polite, professional, and efficient. Britt has done several of my check ups and is always ontime and professional.

One Hour technicians came in for their annual check up and discovered a serious CO leak from a crack in the gas heat exchanger. Within 24 hours of the discovery a completely new AC and Heating system was installed. It pays to be a member of their One Hour premium maintenance program. The service was exceptional.

Bobby was very professional and answered all of our questions. He asked some very good questions of his own; climbed in the attic and looked the furnace over. He fully explained the situation in detail and provided estimates on two options for removing and replacing our furnace.

Darren was both efficient and effective - explained some information about filters to me that I have not previously heard. He even changed a filter I have difficulty reaching. He answered my questions, and did not talk down to me. That's important. I really enjoy having a maintenance plan like this.
