Great service all around, just went in for an oil change I knew my tires were low and when they noticed that they were kind enough to put air in all my tires as well

They were fair with the diagnosis of my issue, but I was unable to have the work done due to me having to travel back home and it was on a Thurs afternoon. Parts had to be ordered and there wasn't any guarantee that I could get my vehicle back before Sun because of this.

All around excellent and friendly customer service, the mechanic is always letting you know everything you need to know about your vehicle and how to go about fixing your issues or just regular maintenance. I highly recommend this location for any of your car services or needs.

They were able to get my Sequoia in very quick and they solved the issue with my steering right away. Great communication throughout the whole process and friendly staff. This will be my new mechanic in the Killeen area. A+ customer service!

have had numerous service done on my new beetle. the work has always been done correctly and in a timely manner. the shop is very clean and organized. have taken it to other places but this has been the best one I have found.
