Knowledgeable service techs were pleasant to deal with. Problem with thru the wall unit was diagnosed and repaired quickly and efficiently. Only negative comment: I had to call to remind the company of my semi-annual contract. Seems they did not record my full years payment for the contract.

The representative John was very professional. It did not take him long to figure out what the issue was. Very professional and kind. He was here on time actually before the time schedule and I appreciate it. I encourage everyone to look them up if you have any heating or air problems..

Josh did an excellent job of servicing our two HVAC units, especially the mini-split, which had not really been well serviced before. Carefully cleaned up after himself too….much appreciated. And was friendly and informative about what he did.
