Very disappointed and money wasted. Plumber lacked experience with sewer pump and did not solve problem. Said get tank pumped. Problem was float not working which he should have detected. Once recommended Maxwell to friends but will not again.

We paid $240 and our problem was only fixed for four days. A technician came out to look at a plumbing backup. Four days later the exact same issue happened and they want to charge another $400(ish) to come diagnose and fix the problem …
