John Locklear and Pierre Sims are excellent and extremely knowledgeable Morelli technicians. They arrived as scheduled to complete install of a new HVAC unit. John maintained contact with Providence Church staff with updates as well. John and Pierre are courteous and respectful of the church property. Highly recommended!!

Brian came out today for my semi-annual maintenance checkup. He diligently worked to find the cause of very low AC reserve. He explained everything to me very clearly and reported his findings to the company. Excellent customer service.

Unbelievable service! We have lived in our home for almost three years, we could never get the primary bedroom cool enough. The rest of the house felt like a meat locker. Morelli came out and worked on the dampers and now, all the rooms are balanced. These guys know what they are doing, hands down!
