New Era responded to my water leak quickly and at a very reasonable price. Additionally, they resolved the issue in a way that helped me avoid the $$$ of replacing the bathroom tile. Michael and his assistant were professional, thorough, and also meticulous in clean up.

I had a washing machine and sink that were stopping up. Josh and John arrived and were very friendly and very fast. They fixed the problem, answered any questions I had, and gave some recommendations to avoid other problems in the future. Would definitely recommend their service.
