Shayna and Erin are wonderful! We had been taking our Pomaweenie here for about a year and it has been fantastic. Our boy looks fresh, handsome and sassy every time! Great communication and swell animal people. Absolutely delightful service and folks. Thank you for being in this area of town!

Great service and product. Staff is efficient and friendly. Not overbooked so I've never had to leave my pet for 4-5 hours like big box groomers.

Great first experience at Pet Magic RVA. It has been a challenge finding a consistent groomer, and I only wish we had brought our dog here from the start, as it is clear they are knowledgeable and experienced.
