Had requested a cut and bath service but when I picked up my dog her fur wasn’t cut at all. The staff said the service I requested wasn’t a cut. They never contacted about when my dog would be ready. She doesn’t even appear as if they gave her a bath. I’ve used this place before and the miscommunication seems to be common with them.
