Paul with Roto-Rooter came today and was kindly able to move my appointment up due to a cancelation. He consulted with me on the issue of my slow draining drains and an issue with drain flies. He walked me through what he would do, answered questions and made recommendations for maintenance. I feel confident in the service I received.

Paul and Clint were very nice and knowledgeable! I always ask a ton of questions and they answered every single one. Helped me understand how the plumbing works.
