My dog and I had a great experience! The people are so friendly and good with the dogs, and my dogs hair was cut perfectly.

Went to see Chelsea on Monday to clip my girls nails. Her and the other lady that was helping her were so sweet and knowledge. They really impressed me.

We have a one year old BMD and we have had terrible experiences in the past with grooming at other places BUT Village pet was amazing. They whole staff was so sweet to Ranger and he looked great when we picked him up. You can tell they really care about the dogs that come there which makes a world of difference.

Chelsea and staff are the dog whisperers. My high anxiety boxer/german shepherd hates nail trims. They do it so lovingly and professionally he didn’t shake or need to be muzzled. They are AWESOME!

Chelsea is by far hands down the best groomer in b’ham. I finally found someone who actually knew how to give an excellent cut to my boys Jackson (Aussie/doodle) and Miller (springer spaniel). I have used her for 1.5 yrs and she is always consistent. The boys and I highly recommend her!!!

Chelsea did a WONDERFUL job grooming and bathing my bulldog. We went hiking for a week and she still smells great :) My dog hates getting her nails trimmed, but Chelsea is a trooper. Best groom ever! Coming back for sure! xoxo
