Very professional, punctual, and excellent service. Over the years, I have received good service on my aging HVAC unit. They have just replaced my old unit with a new more efficient unit at a very reasonable price. I recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC service or new units!

I have used Piedmont at several of my properties across the Triangle. I can always count on Thomas and the team to be out timely for repairs and replacements. I have called them at 4:30 on a Friday and they were out the same day, unlike others who said they can't get out until Monday. Highly recommend them to others.

They were pretty good overall. My only complaint was poor communication. They said if I approved the estimate within the hour they would have someone over shortly the same day. Did not happen. Was not even the first thing the next morning.. but 1pm the next day.
