The most honest transmission shop you will find. They have spent countless hours hunting down an issue with my transmission and I have been very pleased with their communication, professionalism, and effort they put into finding it.

The team at Cooks did an amazing job. Torque converter was shot in my 2017 Tahoe. They made what is a painful repair as painless as possible. Dropped off on Tuesday, in my driveway Thursday evening. Drives better now than it did before.

I had a shop in Savannah install a Jasper transmission, and it failed as soon as I got back to Spartanburg. Cook’s was able to work with Jasper and they helped me with the warranty, got a new one quickly and had me going again in 4 days. Great work. Great communication. I recommend them.
