Waited for over 2 hours for an oil change. 30 minutes of that was going inside to sales to find someone in service. Should have known it would go bad.

Been there twice,each time a different vehicle and each time no oil filter to fit or if it has yellow drain plug we can't do it. Why are we even open? 5 minutes or less to tell you this?
