West end garage was able to provide me with an early morning appointment. They were able to get me in and out in time to make my 11 o’clock appointment in Jacksonville. My was installed to my satisfaction and will bring me years of satisfaction.

Booked 8 am appointment and was checked in and seen and on time. the young lady that checked me in was off the change. I would come back just to talk to her. nice, friendly , and run the front office with fine tooth comb.. They remind me of Snappy heating and Air the way they do things. I will be back again

The job took a few turns and I was concerned for a bit. However, they got the truck fixed and it has been running without problems for a few days now. The resolution was good enough that we have left another vehicle with them. Here’s hoping that this repair is a little more straightforward.

I had a good experience with Westend garage. The owner took the time to show me and explain to me all the work they performed (high pressure oil pump etc.. It did take a little longer to repair then I would have liked but they did apologize for that. If needed I will be a repeat customer.
