A/C went out on a very hot day. Ken's technician arrived promptly, assessed the problem immediately, and fixed it quickly. This is our second time with Ken's and we are totally pleased. Prices are very reasonable and service is top-notch. We are taking out a service contract too because we are so happy with this company.
