My dog went in for a grooming appointment. The groomer named Alex did a wonderful job. I will continue to return for future appointments. The groomer and staff were polite and professional.

They bathed my dog pretty good but I paid an extra $20 for them to de shed her and she was still throwing a lot of hair. Of course I still expected some hair but it’s still very excessive and I wasn’t completely satisfied.

Unfortunately, the groomer went in too much with the clippers near the right tear duct on my dog’s face and he has a red irritation and a little baldness very close to his right eye. His overall haircut and groom is ok minus this one …
