Our Milo loves going to the "Spa" and is always treated kindly at Petco. We like that he not only gets a shampoo and dry, but also has his ears cleaned out and nails trimmed. These extras, along with great groomers, bring us back each time.

Sam changed my raggedy old man dog into a distinguished gentleman. This was my first grooming experience ever, so I didn't know what to expect, but it's a day later and I'm still finding things she did for him!! She also did some special requests for him; I think it was a great experience.

Groomer was new and the work was poor. I had indicated the length of hair I wanted and it was much shorter. Area around his face was also poorly trimmed!

Laura and Kim are a fantastic team. I have had both groomers, but usually book with Laura. They are kind to the animals and treat them with love and tenderness; as if the dogs were their own. Kim and Laura are dedicated, excellent groomers. This is our second girl to be groomed there.

They bathed my dog pretty good but I paid an extra $20 for them to de shed her and she was still throwing a lot of hair. Of course I still expected some hair but it’s still very excessive and I wasn’t completely satisfied.
