Very professional, punctual, and excellent service. Over the years, I have received good service on my aging HVAC unit. They have just replaced my old unit with a new more efficient unit at a very reasonable price. I recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC service or new units!

I have used Piedmont at several of my properties across the Triangle. I can always count on Thomas and the team to be out timely for repairs and replacements. I have called them at 4:30 on a Friday and they were out the same day, unlike others who said they can't get out until Monday. Highly recommend them to others.

Today Piedmont Metro has exchanged our AC and heating furnace upstairs. They came Wednesday after that I invited them for a service visit for the AC downstairs. Excellent guy Jacob was helping us out. Now friday the new installation is installed and running smoothly. Great job they did!
