First time using their Fast Lane service. Staff friendly and I was in and out in an hour with oil change and tire rotation. Will use again!

Every time I go, I’m told 45 mins to an hour. Never fails I wait 2 hours or more. I understand they’re busy but I would prefer a realistic time frame to decide whether to wait or arrange transportation. This has nothing to with the mechanics side but everything to do with customer service. Maybe I just have bad luck.
