terrible service no one will even answer the phone. Literally called 20 times. the investors should know how this dealership is being ran

This quick lane is supposed to be open until 6pm. on separate occasions I have arrived at 345 to be told they aren't taking anymore vehicles for oil changes. There is over 2 hours left in the QL day. 345 is the earliest I can get to this …

Every time I go, I’m told 45 mins to an hour. Never fails I wait 2 hours or more. I understand they’re busy but I would prefer a realistic time frame to decide whether to wait or arrange transportation. This has nothing to with the mechanics side but everything to do with customer service. Maybe I just have bad luck.
