Every time I have talked to someone on the phone they have been rude. When I went in the store to pick out faucets/shower heads the salesman was rude. My experience with this company has not been good. I do not recommend.

I would give less stars if possible. I attempted to call ahead for an order. The gentlemen who answered just seemed mad to have to deal with me.
