Every time I have talked to someone on the phone they have been rude. When I went in the store to pick out faucets/shower heads the salesman was rude. My experience with this company has not been good. I do not recommend.

I called for the price of an item, I didn’t expect for a bitter old man to answer who looks like Santa clause as I was there before and received the same Treatment. He is rudeness, short, impatient and extremely disrespectful. Can you please get some help.

I would give less stars if possible. I attempted to call ahead for an order. The gentlemen who answered just seemed mad to have to deal with me. From start to finish loud and rude.I Say yes sir and thank you to everyone, Even this guy. Didn't help. I won't come back. If you don't want new customers don't be open to public.
